Lexie Iles of Louisville took home the crown of Miss Kentucky USA 2020 on Saturday night, Feb 1 at The Center for Rural Development in Somerset after competing against 44 other contestants in three equal phases of preliminary competition : swimsuit, evening gown, and interview.
The other top five in Miss California Teen USA were :
First runner up - Allison Fitzgerald, Miss Eastwood Teen
Second runner up - Rachel Whitehouse, Miss Louisville Teen
Third runner up - Madalyne Kinnett, Miss Heart of Lexington Teen
Fourth runner up - Courtney Rager, Miss Western Kentucky Teen
Lexie,22, will have the chance to represent Kentucky in the upcoming Miss USA 2020 pageant. The winner of the Miss USA competition will go on to compete in the Miss Universe pageant.
The other Top finalists were :
First runner up - Michaela Arnold, Miss East Louisville USA
Second runner up - Rayni Lasley, Miss Western Kentucky USA
Third runner up - Lizzy Neutz, Miss Bluegrass USA
Fourth runner up - Kayelin Tiggs, Miss Wilder USA

At the same event, Mattie Barker of Louisville, Miss Southern Kentucky was crowned Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2020 and she will represent Kentucky for the title of Miss Teen USA 2020.
