Allyshia Gupta of Los Angeles was named Miss California USA 2020 in a ceremony took place on Sunday night, Jan 26 at Arcadia Performing Arts Center in Arcadia.
Allyshia, who was crowned by Miss California USA 2019, Erica Dann, will have the chance to represent California in the upcoming Miss USA 2020 pageant. The winner of the Miss USA competition will go on to compete in the Miss Universe pageant.
Allyshia, Miss Hollywood, crowned after defeating 70 other contestants in three equal phases of preliminary competition : swimsuit, evening gown, and interview.
The 23 years old blonde originally hails from London. She holds a degree in business administration and management from Auburn University in Alabama and currently she works as an assistant media planner for Horizon Media according to her Page on Linkedin.

First runner up - Kellie Rene Hall, Miss Encinitas USA
Second runner up - Erin Jones Wesley, Miss Santa Monica USA
Third runner up - Rachel Thompson, Miss Marina Del Rey USA

At the same event, Zoe Hunt, Miss National City was crowned Miss California Teen USA 2020 and she will represent California for the title of Miss Teen USA 2020.

First runner up - Rachel DeAngelis, Miss Zuma Beach Teen
Second runner up - Jasmine Signorino, Miss Tustin Teen
Third runner up - Kassidy Betz, Miss Oceanside Teen
Fourth runner up - Alexandra Zacky, Miss Pacific Palisades Teen
