Stephanie defeated 38 other contestants to win the state title to her name. Alice Magoto the Miss Ohio USA 2019 winner handed over her title to her successor.

The 25 years old is a San Juan, Puerto Rico native and she grew up in Youngstown, Ohio. She holds a bachelor of arts in communications from Youngstown State University and currently Stephanie working as a model and also a Youtuber.(YouTube Channel )
"I share a little bit of everything on my channel; I do challenges, get ready with me, pageants, and travel. I also talk about experiences that I’ve had in the past. It’s literally just about me sharing my life with everyone that’s watching!" Stephanie said.
Stephanie's experience in pageants played a big role in winning the title as she was crowned Miss Latinoamérica 2018 and she placed the first runner up in Miss Ohio USA 2019 pageant. Also she won Miss Ohio U.S. International 2015

The top five finalists were :First runner up Miss North Central Ohio, Andrea Hunter. Miss Central Columbus, Bri Lang was placed the second runner up. The third runner up is Miss Westerville, Makenzie Schutt while the fourth runner up named Miss Akron, Mercia Stephens.
Also at the finale, Miss Teen Ohio USA 2020 was crowned who was Miss North Central Ohio Lily Mclaughlin. Now she will represent Ohio in Miss Teen USA 2020 pageant which will be held soon next year.
Top five in the Teen competition were :
1 ST Runner Up is Grace-Anne Larschied
2 ST Runner Up is Gracie Fusco
3 ST Runner Up is Aryah Redmond
4 ST Runner Up Shreya Samadder
