Charlotte Bellotte of Charles Town has won Miss West Virginia USA 2020 on Sunday, Oct 27 at the Creative Arts Center Lyell B Clay Theatre at WVU. Charlotte who participated multiple times in the WV Miss division and placed the first runner up in 2019 pageant will represent her state in the upcoming Miss USA 2020 pageant.

The 25 years old holds a a bachelor’s degree in communication and new media from Shepherd University and currently she's a research assistant for the United States Senate Committee on Energy and Natural resources according to Miss WV

Other finalists in the Miss WV USA competition were
Abigail Ciccolella, Tess Hvre , Lacy Russell , Dominique Collins and Presley Slater.
The preliminary competition were three equally scored categories, including active wear/swimsuit, evening gown, and interview.

At the same night, Sophia Isabella Martino has been crowned Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2020.
