Hannah Carlile Crowned Miss Alaska USA 2020 (Photos & Video)

Hannah Carlile was crowned Miss Alaska USA 2020 on Sunday, Nov 2 at the Wendy Williamson Auditorium on the UAA Campus in Anchorage. Hannah will represent her state of Alaska in the nationally televised Miss USA 2020 pageant which will be held in the next year.

The young woman won after competing with 13 other contestants in in three equal phases of  competition : swimsuit, evening gown, and interview. 

 "I would promote International Education and Cultural Awareness because I believe we all - all over the world - have something to learn from one another and something to share with each other. " Hannah wrote on her GoFundMe page

The Top five finalists at the Miss Alaska USA 2020 were : The first runner up was Raquel Carolina Polanco while Mickee Mcguire was placed in the second runner up. The third runner up named Sierra Kinworthy and finally the fourth runner up was Tana Bartels.

The panel of judges were Jessica Chuckran, Michael Schmidt, Kristina Marie Bellamy, Warren Anderson, Paola Kennah.

In the same night, Jayden Fraser was crowned Miss Alaska Teen USA 2020 and she will have the chance to compete in the Miss Teen USA 2020 pageant.
